Job Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years nursing leadership experience
- Experience working in pediatric healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to work a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Effective interpersonal and team leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
