Job Requirements

  • Valid RN license
  • Minimum of 3 years nursing leadership experience
  • Experience working in pediatric healthcare settings preferred
  • Ability to work a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Effective interpersonal and team leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Proven experience in nursing leadership or management roles
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric nursing practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and quality assurance

Job Duties

  • Oversee nursing department operations and staff management
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
  • Coordinate patient care activities with multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement nursing protocols and quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation
  • Mentor and support nursing staff professional development
  • Monitor patient care standards and address safety concerns
