The Performance Management Manager role is an exciting opportunity within CohnReznick’s Talent Management team, based in Atlanta, Georgia. This hybrid position enables professionals to work both remotely and from the office, with an emphasis on thoughtful collaboration in person. The role is designed for a strategic and innovative leader who can spearhead the continuous transformation of the firm's performance management programs. This includes leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of performance standards, coaching methods, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. The manager will oversee the rollout of a new performance management software platform, ensuring a smooth and effective transformation process.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, preferably within a public accounting or professional services environment. Responsibilities extend beyond basic program management to include project leadership across multiple initiatives, the development of executive communications and presentations, and the use of AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management or related role
- Experience in public accounting or professional services firm
- Proven track record of project management and handling multiple initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to produce polished work under pressure
- Ability to develop strategic communications for senior leadership
- Effective presentation and influencing skills

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Performance Management Manager or in a similar position
- Experience working for a public accounting or professional services firm

Job Duties
- Lead the design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the performance management experience including talent standards, coaching, evaluations and feedback
- Manage an internal performance management transformation including a new software platform implementation
- Spearhead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery of strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, presentations, and other supporting resources to drive adoption, consistency, and operational excellence
- Create executive-level presentations, communications, and strategic deliverables that support firm priorities and leadership decision-making
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, improve content development, generate insights, and drive innovation
- Assist HR Field representatives and leadership in implementing performance management tools and techniques
