Today, Cenegenics serves a dynamic and expanding patient base across a global network and is recognized as one of the most respected brands in longevity medicine. The company is intensely focused on building the next generation of healthcare platforms, technologies, clinical infrastructures, and talent networks to meet the growing demand for proactive healthcare solutions.
About the Role
The Performance Health Coach (PHC) and Member Experience Coordinator (MEX) role at Cenegenics is a unique dual position that combines personalized health coaching with exceptional client service coordination. The individual in this position acts as the initial point of contact for Cenegenics patients, ensuring they consistently receive an outstanding five-star experience throughout their healthcare journey. In the capacity of a Performance Health Coach, you will educate members on customized nutrition and exercise programs tailored to their distinct health assessments, laboratory results, and on-site diagnostic findings. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial health consultations, customizing patient intake forms to develop individualized dietary and exercise regimens, and maintaining ongoing communication with members through various platforms including health coach applications, SMS messaging, and video conferencing.
As the Member Experience Coordinator, you will manage essential administrative functions such as scheduling follow-up consultations, coordinating communication among physicians, health coaches, and patients, processing patient orders, and handling office operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment. This role also involves supporting patient retention and acquisition efforts through proactive sales and education initiatives, making you a pivotal part of the patient experience and the business growth of the center. Working closely with physicians and managing electronic medical records, you will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and contribute to the high satisfaction and success of the Cenegenics healthcare programs.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, reflecting the significant impact and expertise required.
