Job Requirements
- Minimum three years experience in culinary management within an athletic nutrition environment
- knowledge of nutrition demands of athletes
- ability to manage and lead culinary staff
- experience with budgeting and inventory control
- understanding of food safety standards including HACCP
- relevant culinary education preferred
- strong communication skills

- bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, nutrition, food science, or related field preferred
- comprehensive knowledge of nutrition needs of athletes
- strong leadership and team management skills
- expertise in menu development and food safety practices
- ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Job Duties
- Develop recipes and menus focusing on nutrient-dense foods to optimize health and performance
- lead culinary staff including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and terminations
- assist in establishing and managing culinary budget including menu costing and inventory tracking
- implement food safety procedures including proper storage, FIFO approach, and product standards
- establish vendor relationships for sourcing seasonal, local, and sustainable ingredients
- prepare meals for business and administration sectors in coordination with player and coach nutritional needs
- collaborate with team dietitians as part of a multi-disciplinary performance nutrition team
