The role of High-Performance Executive Chef at Flik Hospitality Group is a specialized position focused on enhancing player health and performance through carefully crafted meals and snacks. Responsibilities include developing recipes and menus that optimize health and performance, managing culinary staff including hiring and performance reviews, budgeting and cost control, and maintaining food safety standards. The chef works closely with team dietitians, blending culinary expertise with nutrition science to support athletes’ dietary requirements. Job Requirements

  • prepare meals for business and administration sectors in coordination with player and coach nutritional needs
  • collaborate with team dietitians as part of a multi-disciplinary performance nutrition team
