The role of Server at Eastcastle Place is an integral part of the hospitality team, focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences to senior residents and guests. This position is part-time, offered on a per diem basis with non-exempt employment status, making it flexible for individuals seeking shifts during various day or evening periods—including Sundays with shorter morning shifts. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining service and hospitality to residents and guests
  • set tables and maintain work stations in proper order and cleanliness
  • correctly and efficiently serve meals, take orders, provide service and accommodate special requests both graciously and courteously
  • clear and reset tables during and after meal service
  • maintain safe and sanitary work environments
  • assist with special events and additional hospitality tasks as needed
