The per diem resident services associate position at Lathrop Community is a vital role within the resident services team, providing concierge services and engagement programming that enrich the lives of residents. This role is designed to support the vibrant life and safety of the community by serving as the welcoming point of contact for residents, their families, and guests. The position offers a flexible schedule with varying hours according to community needs and individual availability, including required commitment to three hours every Sunday for resident engagement activities. The pay rate ranges from $18 to $19 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role within the organization.
The resident services associate is entrusted with multiple responsibilities that involve creativity, organizational abilities, and excellent customer service skills. This team member facilitates resident interactions and participates actively in programming, often setting up or assisting with events that promote community engagement. Moreover, this role is essential for ensuring safety and security by monitoring access points, performing internal security sweeps, and responding to emergencies. The community’s concierge desk, staffed 24 hours a day, requires this associate to be flexible and prepared for day, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. The ability to work third shift schedules is a requirement, underscoring the critical nature of this position in maintaining the community's ongoing operations and resident well-being.
