The Per Diem Psychotherapist role primarily supports the Behavioral Health Urgent Care and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) within the behavioral health team. This position offers an excellent work-life balance and the chance to work in the scenic Pacific Northwest, specifically in Everett, Washington. The role provides per diem employment with a competitive compensation rate of $63 per hour. The compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives if applicable. The position also offers opportunities for continuing medical education (CME) benefits.

In this role, Psychotherapists engage directly with patients needing urgent behavioral health services and those participating in partial hospitalization programs. The Per Diem Psychotherapist will also have the chance to contribute to inpatient consults during some weekend shifts, facilitating diverse clinical experiences.
