The Heritage Oaks Patient Enrichment Center, more commonly known as the HOPE Center, is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art psychiatric health facility within the UHS network. The HOPE Center features a 16-bed capacity designed to serve the acute psychiatric needs of the community in collaboration with the Sacramento County Department of Health and Human Services. The role of Housekeeper at the HOPE Center is vital to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall well-being of the facility’s patients, staff, and visitors. As a Housekeeper, you will handle daily janitorial and maintenance responsibilities which include cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas. Ensuring compliance with OSHA and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards is integral to this position, as it promotes a risk-free environment conducive to healing. This role also involves monitoring facility grounds and responding to emergency situations when required, working closely with the Plant Operations Director and Housekeeping Supervisor.

The position offers a per diem schedule with hourly compensation ranging from $24.50 to $36.74, reflecting the company's commitment to fair and competitive pay.
