Job Description
Admiral Beverage Corporation (ABC) is a distinguished company that prides itself on investing deeply in its people, business partners, and communities to ensure sustained growth and the delivery of top-tier products and services throughout the region. Combining the strength and resources of a large enterprise with the amiable and close-knit culture of a small-town, family-driven mindset, Admiral Beverage has cultivated a supportive and dynamic work environment. Headquartered in Springville, Utah, the company places great value on its employees, offering competitive wages, an extensive benefits program including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) and retirement plans, paid leave, holidays, and much more. This blend of opportunity and community-centric culture invites employees to grow and succeed together with the company.
Admiral Beverage is currently hiring for the position of Class A Delivery Driver. This role is vital to the company’s operations as it involves transporting beverage products to various customer locations across city, highway, and rural routes while adhering strictly to federal and state regulations. The Class A Delivery Driver acts independently without direct supervision and carries the responsibility of assuring timely and efficient delivery of products. The job includes managing the day’s deliveries and sales records using computerized inventory and invoicing systems to maintain accuracy. Operating equipment such as hand trucks and electric pallet jacks is also part of the duties, as well as collecting or picking up empty containers or unsold merchandise, effectively communicating customer concerns to supervisors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards by wearing company-provided uniforms and safety gear.
This position demands a strong aptitude for vehicle maintenance, including performing daily inspections and routine fluid, air, and oil maintenance on the truck. The driver is also tasked with loading and unloading their trucks securely, issuing or obtaining customer signatures for deliveries or pickups, and constructing promotional display aids from company-provided Point of Sale materials. The role may, at times, involve supervising additional personnel depending on the route. Moreover, Admiral Beverage emphasizes a drug-free workplace and requires background checks for all employees to maintain safety and integrity within the company. This employment opportunity is ideal for those who are reliable, care deeply about the work they do, and are committed to excellence in customer service. It offers a chance to work within one of the most rewarding cultures in the beverage industry, with great benefits including tuition reimbursement of up to $5,250 per year, paid time off, and comprehensive health coverage. Join Admiral Beverage to be part of a responsible, respectful, and growth-oriented company that values diversity and offers career advancement opportunities in a supportive setting.
