- two or more years of administrative, customer service, HR, payroll, or confidential experience
- preferred experience with HRIS or business systems
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Helping employees and managers navigate People Operations questions and requests
- serving as the first point of contact through phone, email, text, and ticketing systems
- coordinating employee transactions, employment verifications, and personnel documentation
- supporting HR technology initiatives including UKG, Document Manager, GOHAPPY, and future People Operations systems
- assisting with workflow improvements, documentation, testing, and training materials
- maintaining confidential employee records and supporting compliance activities
- providing cross-functional support across Benefits, HRIS, Leave Administration, Talent Acquisition, and Safety & Compliance
- helping the department continue delivering exceptional service during vacations, special projects, and periods of growth
