Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- minimum of 3-5 years experience in human resources management within the hospitality industry
- strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- experience with employee relations and conflict resolution
- proficiency in training program development and administration
- ability to manage union labor relations and contractual compliance if applicable
- strong interpersonal and counseling skills
- basic mathematical skills for salary and benefits administration
- ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor

- ability to work flexible hours and maintain regular attendance.
