In this position, you will manage full-cycle recruitment across diverse departments, partnering closely with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and build proactive talent pipelines. You will ensure every candidate has an experience that reflects our warmth, professionalism, and clarity. As the steward of employer branding, you will develop and manage creative campaigns, oversee our careers pages and social media presence—especially on LinkedIn and Instagram—and highlight employee stories and milestones that showcase the vibrant life behind the scenes.
Furthermore, you will co-create and support memorable internal events ranging from onboarding sessions to appreciation celebrations, enhancing team connection and morale. Your role will involve gathering feedback and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure inclusive and impactful programming. Additionally, you'll provide operational support across HR functions and take on new initiatives with curiosity and a solution-focused mindset.
