Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and writing skills with a creative spark
  • Comfort with social media tools and platforms especially LinkedIn, Instagram
  • Enthusiasm for building community online and offline
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and pivot gracefully

Job Duties

  • Full cycle recruitment across diverse departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and build proactive pipelines
  • Ensure a candidate experience that reflects warmth, professionalism, and clarity
  • Develop and manage creative campaigns that amplify our culture and values
  • Own our careers pages and LinkedIn presence with fresh, engaging content
  • Highlight employee stories, milestones, and behind-the-scenes moments to attract talent
  • Co-create and support memorable internal events from onboarding to appreciation celebrations
  • Gather feedback to enhance team connection and morale
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure inclusive and impactful programming
  • Provide operational support across HR functions
  • Jump into new initiatives with curiosity and a solution-focused mindset
