Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan for each shift and monitor performance
- Take action to ensure team meets McDonald's standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next Shift Manager for smooth shift transition
- Manage food safety and internal communication
- Handle inventory management and daily maintenance
- Oversee managing crew, quality food production, and exceptional customer service
- Handle scheduling and training of staff
