The ability to handle payment transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system and to perform opening and closing duties, as well as assigned sidework, is essential. This role also includes restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of restrooms for guests.

Flanigan's values servers who are physically capable of standing and walking throughout their shifts and who can manage tasks that require bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Moreover, effective communication skills and the ability to read, write, and understand English are necessary to perform the job effectively and safely. Servers must complete and pass the Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification to ensure ongoing compliance with both Flanigan's standards and Florida statutes.
