The position titled Guest Service Expert is designed for individuals who not only serve food and drinks but also create unique and memorable experiences for guests. From setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, engaging and serving guests, to maintaining cleanliness and organization in workspaces and storage areas, every task contributes to a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Guest Service Experts are expected to take initiative in offering a range of guest-oriented services that enhance the overall experience.

This role requires flexibility with shifts and prefers open availability. Prior restaurant or server experience of around six months is preferred, enabling the candidate to navigate the responsibilities confidently. Essential qualities for success include maintaining professionalism in appearance and communication, adhering to company policies and safety standards, and being physically active and agile to handle demanding workplace conditions. The job entails standing, walking for extended periods, moving on potentially uneven or slippery surfaces, and performing light physical tasks such as lifting items under 50 pounds and reaching various heights.
