The General Manager role at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure superior performance and profitability. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in general restaurant management or six months in a senior or assistant management role within Pei Wei. A high school diploma or GED is required. The role demands physical stamina to manage operational tasks, including the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle objects up to 30 pounds.
