The successful candidate is certified in Pei Wei Culinary and Front-of-the-House Operations, demonstrating capability to lead by example on the floor. They will also use performance management tools to monitor employee progress, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative team spirit. Strong leadership skills are critical in this role, including conflict resolution, sales-building, scheduling, and maintaining compliance with all local and federal regulations related to food safety and sanitation. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in general restaurant management or six months in a senior or assistant management role within Pei Wei. A high school diploma or GED is required.
