As a part-time caregiver at Special Sitters, you will play an essential role in improving the daily lives of children and young adults with disabilities within their own homes. This position offers flexible hours to accommodate various schedules and provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a rewarding and meaningful field. Each caregiver works closely with supervisors who remain accessible by phone to provide guidance and assistance as needed. Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain before starting
- Ability to provide in-person care
- Availability for flexible part-time hours including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document client progress and report incidents
- Compassion and patience

Job Duties
- Provide direct care and support tailored to the client's individual needs

- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
