Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain before starting
- Ability to provide in-person care
- Availability for flexible part-time hours including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document client progress and report incidents
- Compassion and patience
Job Qualifications
- A passion for working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities
- First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain them
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work remotely with a reachable supervisor

- Reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Provide direct care and support tailored to the client's individual needs
- Implement and follow individualized care plans to ensure safety
- Assist with daily activities including personal care, meal preparation, and recreational activities
- Document progress, behaviors, and incidents accurately and promptly
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and family members
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development
