As a part-time caregiver at Special Sitters, you will play an essential role in improving the daily lives of children and young adults with disabilities within their own homes. This position offers flexible hours to accommodate various schedules and provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a rewarding and meaningful field. Special Sitters values the dedication and passion of each caregiver, and in return, we offer paid training to support your professional development. Starting pay begins at $18.00 per hour, recognizing the important impact you will have on the lives of those you assist.

In this role, caregivers will deliver personalized care tailored specifically to the individual needs of clients, supporting them through everyday activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and recreational pursuits. Each caregiver works closely with supervisors who remain accessible by phone to provide guidance and assistance as needed. The work environment is enriching and mission-driven, geared towards making a positive difference in the community one client at a time.

The part-time schedule includes diverse shift options such as morning, day, and evening shifts, including weekends, enabling caregivers to find hours that best fit their lifestyle.
