Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent
  • One year of medical experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO certification required within 18 months from hire date
  • CDPH CHT certification required within 18 months from hire date for California locations
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care
  • Ability to follow detailed medical protocols and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of medical experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to obtain BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO certification within 18 months of hire
  • For California locations, ability to obtain CDPH CHT certification within 18 months
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team

Job Duties

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Learn and perform hemodialysis treatment according to center policies and procedures
  • Take and monitor patient vital signs
  • Perform blood tests
  • Document appropriate patient information accurately
  • Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment
  • Clean and maintain medical equipment and treatment areas
