Job Description
CompleteOK has been a trusted provider of exceptional healthcare services across Oklahoma since 2009. As a family-owned and operated company, CompleteOK prides itself on fostering a supportive, team-centered work environment that emphasizes integrity, quality service, and superior customer care. With a commitment to serving local communities, CompleteOK has steadily grown while maintaining its promise to deliver compassionate and reliable healthcare to patients close to their homes. This dedication has cemented the company's reputation as a leader in in-home healthcare services throughout Oklahoma and its surrounding areas.
CompleteOK is currently seeking motivated healthcare professionals for part-time in-home shifts including Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work schedules that accommodate personal lifestyles or those eager to begin a career in healthcare without prior experience. Employees enjoy the satisfaction of providing direct, personalized care to patients in their own communities while working under a supportive management team that values professional growth and quality service delivery.
The healthcare roles offered by CompleteOK center around fostering independence and improving the quality of life for clients needing assistance with daily activities. Employees can expect to perform duties including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and running errands. The company highlights its open commitment to welcoming candidates with varying levels of experience, emphasizing that no previous experience is required. This approach expands opportunities for entry-level healthcare workers and encourages people passionate about caregiving to join their mission.
CompleteOK offers a flexible Monday through Friday work schedule, enabling caregivers to create self-determined hours that fit their personal commitments. Compensation starts at $13.50 per hour, with weekly pay through direct deposit and potential bonuses for outstanding performance. Additional employee benefits include access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which provides counseling services, wellness perks like cold-pressed juice, discounts on vacation cabin rentals, and fresh produce from Thelma Janes Garden. The organization also supports professional development through a scholarship program for its employees.
Work assignments cover all surrounding areas, giving caregivers the freedom to choose locations where they feel comfortable and most effective. This localized care model strengthens community ties and ensures that neighbors can truly care for neighbors. CompleteOK stands firmly behind equal opportunity employment policies, adhering strictly to local, state, and federal non-discrimination laws.
For those seeking a rewarding part-time opportunity in a growing healthcare organization that offers flexibility, meaningful patient interactions, and a supportive team culture, CompleteOK represents an excellent choice. Join their dedicated team and contribute to transforming healthcare experiences for clients across Oklahoma through compassionate, reliable in-home care services.
