Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background checks
- Reliable transportation to service locations
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to undergo training and development
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required
- Certification as PCA, CHHA, or CNA is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
- Commitment to providing compassionate care
- Basic understanding of in-home healthcare practices
Job Duties
- Provide personal care to patients
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning
- Perform homemaker duties including laundry and cleaning
- Run errands for patients as required
- Maintain flexible scheduling based on patient needs
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
- Participate in work incentives and company contests
