Job Description
CompleteOK is a family-owned and operated healthcare service provider that has been serving Oklahoma since 2009. Established with a commitment to integrity, quality service, and superior customer service, CompleteOK has grown steadily and continues to be an employer of choice in the region for healthcare professionals. The company embraces a team-centered and supportive environment where employees are motivated not only by competitive pay but also by a culture that fosters personal and professional growth. As a dedicated provider of in-home healthcare services, CompleteOK focuses on offering care that respects the dignity and independence of each patient, emphasizing the neighborhood spirit of "Neighbors Caring for Neighbors." This approach has helped the company build lasting trust and connections within the communities it serves.
The role offered is for Personal Care Assistants (PCA's), Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA's), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) who will be responsible for delivering in-home care services to patients in Oklahoma and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible part-time or full-time work schedules that can be tailored according to their availability. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or an entry-level healthcare worker seeking a stepping stone into the healthcare field, this role offers opportunities to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working close to home.
As a healthcare professional at CompleteOK, your responsibilities will primarily include personal care, meal preparation, homemaker duties, laundry, and running errands for patients. Notably, no prior experience is required, making this role accessible to those new to healthcare, while also providing pathways for growth with a supportive training environment. The organization embraces the importance of work-life balance by offering self-determined scheduling Monday through Friday, allowing caregivers to maintain flexibility and control over their working hours.
CompleteOK offers highly competitive pay rates starting from $13.50 per hour with a convenient weekly direct deposit payment system. Beyond financial incentives, employees can take advantage of multiple bonus opportunities and participate in work incentives and contests that foster a motivating and rewarding workplace culture. Further benefits include an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that offers counseling services, access to cold-pressed juice, discounts on vacation cabin rentals, and fresh produce from Thelma Janes Garden. There is also a scholarship program available for ongoing education and professional development.
Location flexibility is a major advantage of this position, with various shifts available in all surrounding areas of Oklahoma. Employees have the freedom to choose the locations where they feel most comfortable and supported. This role not only supports the healthcare needs of the local population but also empowers healthcare workers by providing meaningful employment that fits their lifestyle and commitments.
CompleteOK is an equal opportunity employer that adheres to all local, state, and federal non-discrimination policies, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace. If you are looking for a fulfilling career in healthcare with a company that values its employees and the communities it serves, CompleteOK offers an exceptional opportunity to start or advance your professional path.
