Job Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks associated with personal care and housekeeping
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
Ability to pass background checks and any required screenings
Willingness to commit to part-time hours with flexible scheduling
Basic literacy to document care activities
Effective communication skills
No prior experience required but a positive attitude and willingness to learn essential

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Certification as PCA, CHHA, or CNA is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Basic knowledge of healthcare and personal care procedures

Job Duties

Provide personal care to clients including assistance with hygiene and daily activities
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
Perform homemaker duties such as cleaning, laundry, and errands
Communicate effectively with patients and family members to understand care needs
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during in-home care
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in patient condition
Participate in training and development opportunities as required
