Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with personal care and housekeeping
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
  • Ability to pass background checks and any required screenings
  • Willingness to commit to part-time hours with flexible scheduling
  • Basic literacy to document care activities
  • Effective communication skills
  • No prior experience required but a positive attitude and willingness to learn essential

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Certification as PCA, CHHA, or CNA is a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare and personal care procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide personal care to clients including assistance with hygiene and daily activities
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
  • Perform homemaker duties such as cleaning, laundry, and errands
  • Communicate effectively with patients and family members to understand care needs
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during in-home care
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in patient condition
  • Participate in training and development opportunities as required
