Liviniti is currently seeking a highly skilled Proposal Strategist/Writer for a fully remote, work-from-home position. This role will play a crucial part in managing complex proposals by designing customized responses for Requests for Proposal (RFx) documents. The Proposal Strategist/Writer collaborates closely with company leadership and subject matter experts to ensure each proposal highlights Liviniti's unique market differentiation while remaining compliant and aligned with client needs and company branding guidelines. The position demands both strategic thinking and operational expertise, including the development and management of proposal calendars and project plans to keep submissions on schedule. The successful candidate will navigate multiple functional areas and senior leadership inputs, editing and refining proposal content to incorporate strategic themes and ensuring comprehensive quality reviews and compliance checks.

This role requires a deep understanding of the PBM industry as well as strong skills in managing proposal processes end-to-end, from kick-off meetings to final submission and risk mitigation plans. Being able to translate complex technical and compliance requirements into compelling, professionally formatted proposal narratives that meet customer expectations is essential. Furthermore, the Proposal Strategist/Writer will use various proposal management tools and technologies such as SharePoint Online and online procurement systems to support efficient collaboration. A commitment to abiding by HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) is also paramount. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in competitive proposal writing in PBM, healthcare, or managed care
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong writing and organizational skills
Ability to work in a remote environment
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Ability to analyze complex documentation and translate it into strategic content
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to complete related training
Flexibility to adapt to evolving job duties

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of competitive proposal writing experience in PBM, healthcare, or managed care environments
Strong organizational and project management skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work remotely
Experience interpreting documentation to derive client requirements and sales strategies
Familiarity with technological tools such as proposal management software, online procurement systems, and SharePoint Online

Job Duties

Provide leadership and guidance during the proposal response process including coordination with subject matter experts and senior leadership
Create new proposal content based on meetings with experts and reference materials
Edit proposal language to ensure compliance with requirements and integrate strategic win themes
Perform thorough compliance reviews and quality checks of drafts and final proposals
Develop and maintain proposal calendars and project plans to ensure deadlines are met
Provide regular proposal status updates to leadership
Schedule, coordinate, and participate in color team reviews to ensure compliance and alignment with client needs
Use proposal management tools for stakeholder engagement across the organization
Analyze compliance and technical documentation to understand client requirements
Format proposal responses according to Liviniti's brand standards
Participate in proposal kick-off meetings and lead discussions on potential concerns
Review and edit proposal content with senior leaders for accuracy
Submit proposals by the due date managing the submission process
Identify, communicate, and develop risk mitigation plans for proposals
Adhere to all HIPAA obligations related to Protected Health Information
Complete required HIPAA training and demonstrate compliance
Adapt to changes in duties and responsibilities as needed
