As a Payroll Solutions Specialist at ADP, you will play a vital role in supporting and advising Client Payroll Administrators by addressing a wide range of payroll and tax-related inquiries. Your responsibility will be to uphold ADP's renowned service reputation by providing accurate, comprehensive, and client-friendly responses using various tools and resources. You will collaborate with internal teams such as 401k, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Tax departments, and occasionally with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless client experience and operational excellence. The role also involves generating detailed reports, researching historical data, and making system corrections to enhance payroll processing accuracy. Job Requirements
- at least two years of experience or military experience
- comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center environment
- ability to work occasional extended hours during peak seasons with 5-10 hours of overtime for 6-8 weeks annually
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple client inquiries and provide timely solutions
- reliable and adaptable to a structured work schedule
Job Qualifications
- at least two years of experience or military experience
- high-level payroll knowledge including payroll processing skills
- basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage and hour laws
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a metrics-driven call center environment
- consultative and problem-solving abilities
- proficiency in using online tools for payroll support
Job Duties
- respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide application and product navigation support
- assist clients with payroll processing and resolve tax-related issues
- act as a trusted advisor providing consultative support on product optimization
- resolve error prevention notices during quarter and year-end support
- work on complex projects including calculation updates, special reports, and tax amendments
- collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve client issues
- create and update client documentation regularly
