Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience or military experience
  • Willingness to work occasional extended hours during peak seasons
  • Ability to work 5 to 10 hours of overtime 6 to 8 weeks per year
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with online tools and client support technologies
  • Commitment to upholding company ethics and values

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of relevant experience or military experience
  • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a metrics-driven call center environment
  • Experience with payroll processing and tax principles preferred
  • Basic knowledge of wage and hour laws a plus
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and consultative skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties

  • Respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide product navigation support
  • Assist clients with payroll processing and tax-related issues and ensure timely communication regarding updates or changes
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultative support and recommendations on product optimization
  • Resolve issues during quarter and year-end, working with clients to determine corrections and process additional payroll
  • Work on complex projects including tax amendments, company setup, calculation updates, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve client issues and ensure service quality
  • Create and update standard client documentation regularly
