Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience or military experience
- Willingness to work occasional extended hours during peak seasons
- Ability to work 5 to 10 hours of overtime 6 to 8 weeks per year
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with online tools and client support technologies
- Commitment to upholding company ethics and values
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of relevant experience or military experience
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a metrics-driven call center environment
- Experience with payroll processing and tax principles preferred
- Basic knowledge of wage and hour laws a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving and consultative skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
- Respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide product navigation support
- Assist clients with payroll processing and tax-related issues and ensure timely communication regarding updates or changes
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultative support and recommendations on product optimization
- Resolve issues during quarter and year-end, working with clients to determine corrections and process additional payroll
- Work on complex projects including tax amendments, company setup, calculation updates, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve client issues and ensure service quality
- Create and update standard client documentation regularly
