This full-time Payroll Analyst position is based in Boston and offers a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week. The role is integral to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 100 pay groups and 18,000 employees on varying pay schedules including weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly. The Payroll Analyst acts as a key resource for payroll-related inquiries and supports internal and external audits by generating and analyzing payroll reports. Responsibilities also include conducting regular audits, resolving discrepancies, collaborating with multiple departments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems. The position requires familiarity with Workday and ADP payroll systems, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders. Job Duties
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 100 pay groups and 18,000 employees on a weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly basis
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Configure, analyze, and run reports to support internal and external audits
- Serve as a lead resource for questions received to the payroll team
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve payroll-related issues and concerns
- Conduct regular audits of payroll transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems
