The Patron Experience and Marketing Strategist for the Visual and Performing Arts Center (VPAC) at Le Moyne College plays a crucial role in promoting and enhancing the visibility of the department's programming. Job Duties
- Assist in the creation of physical publications for the department including posters, programs, postcards and mailings
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote department events
- Manage and maintain VPA social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram, digital ads and email marketing
- Create and maintain regularly scheduled e-communications to the box office patron list and student community
- Gather promotional information and graphics from VPA faculty and staff for social media use
- Analyze metrics from social media and e-correspondences to recommend improvements
- Manage the VPA box office including staffing, training, ticket reservations, seating assignments and accommodations
- Oversee daily box office services including ticket sales, printing, reporting and reconciliations
- List PAC events timely in the online ticketing system
- Manage front-of-house box office operations including ticket sales and door supervision
- Maintain box office patron mailing lists
- Support all concert, performance and event logistics including day-of-event duties
- Onboard, schedule, assign and approve time for student work study
- Ensure a welcoming and accessible environment for patrons
- Address audience needs and resolve issues in real time
- Assist with bookings in Google calendar for PAC rooms
- Schedule and troubleshoot with third-party vendors for ticketing systems and equipment
- Assist in maintaining the PAC facility appearance and efficiency
- Demonstrate mission-based competencies in interactions
- Strengthen digital literacy skills
- Support cura personalis and cura apostolica principles
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability
- Participate in required meetings and training
- Comply with all policies and health and safety regulations
- Complete all required federal, state, and institutional trainings
