This full-time management role is within the Food & Nutrition Department, focusing on overseeing patient services operations. The Patient Services Manager will play a vital role in developing and executing dining solutions tailored to meet the preferences and nutritional requirements of patients and customers. This position requires interpreting government-mandated nutritional standards and implementing healthy menu plans to improve patient outcomes. Job Requirements
- minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years experience in food service supervision or management
- experience in healthcare patient services management
- strong proficiency in microsoft office
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to motivate and manage large teams
- knowledge of nutrition education preferred
