Job Requirements
- BA or BS degree preferred in institutional management or dietetics
- certification as Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years progressive healthcare foodservice management experience
- at least 5 years of supervisory or management experience
- ability to work in a diverse, collaborative team environment
- strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- excellent communication and computer proficiency
- ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- leadership skills with a continuous improvement focus
- commitment to ethical and professional conduct
Job Qualifications
- BA or BS degree preferred in institutional management or dietetics
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification or equivalent
- at least 5 years of progressive supervisory or management experience

Job Duties
- Directly supervises the day-to-day operation of patient foodservice
- provides operational and technical support for FANS patient foodservice programs
- assures dietitians and staff are properly supported
- follows clinical care policies and nutrition plans
- develops educational materials for patients and medical professionals
- manages financial controls and budgets
- monitors program effectiveness and quality improvement
- conducts staff meetings and handles human resource processes
- ensures compliance with Trinity Health policies and standards
- manages multiple projects and adapts to changing environments
- ensures safety and infection control
- develops partnerships with nursing leadership
- oversees safe food procurement and menu reviews
- maintains records and documentation
- promotes cost-conscious practices
- handles additional duties as assigned
