At Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Sodexo is currently seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to lead its patient meal services department. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a difference in a fast-paced acute care setting, where delivering an excellent patient dining experience is paramount. As a highly visible leader, the Patient Services Manager 2 will oversee all aspects of patient meal service programming, including managing a team of approximately 50 frontline employees. The Patient Services Manager 2 will be responsible for administering patient meal management operations with a fine balance of quality, efficiency, and compliance. The manager will also be involved in financial management, striving to meet or exceed company and client financial goals. The work schedule for this position is generally 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with responsibilities that include training on opening and closing procedures. The manager will also participate in rotating weekend coverage, providing critical leadership presence during these periods.
