Sodexo is currently seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to join their team at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is a distinguished academic medical center and health system with over 900 beds, operating more than 198 buildings across 428 acres. As the largest employer in Forsyth County, Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist boasts a workforce of more than 19,220 employees. The Patient Services Manager 2 will play a critical role in enhancing the overall patient experience by overseeing the Patient Services Program at this prominent medical center. The position involves managing Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program, including the daily meal rounding and service recovery efforts, ensuring that patient and customer satisfaction levels continuously exceed expectations.
This role requires collaboration with clinical teams, food service staff, and other interdisciplinary units to foster a seamless and exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities include performing tray assessments focused on food quality, presentation, and tray accuracy, as well as maintaining and exceeding Sodexo’s standards for quality audits and regulatory inspections. The Patient Services Manager 2 will also be tasked with direct supervision and development of hourly associates, emphasizing the importance of leadership in employee growth and adherence to company policies.

Job Duties
- evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction
- oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
- collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
- perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy
