Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating a memorable patient experience
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets in healthcare settings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or Nutrition degree preferred
Job Duties
- Evaluate and enhance service levels for the Patient Services Program to exceed satisfaction goals
- Oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program, including daily meal rounding and service recovery
- Collaborate with clinical, foodservice, and interdisciplinary teams to improve the patient experience
- Conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy
- Lead compliance and regulatory inspections maintaining Sodexo standards
- Manage staff schedules and provide leadership to ensure service excellence
- Address patient and customer feedback promptly to resolve issues
