- minimum two years management experience
- minimum two years work experience in food or culinary services
- strong leadership skills

- experience with report management
- knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems and Market Connections
- passion for high level customer service
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum two years management experience
- minimum two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- strong leadership skills with previous supervisory experience
- proficient in computer skills and report management
- working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
- excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- evaluate and develop service levels for the overall patient services program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction
- oversee Sodexo’s patient dining program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
- perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy
- exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits
- manage and supervise patient dining staff to ensure efficient operation
- communicate professionally with patients and hospital staff to resolve issues and improve service
- analyze feedback to implement continuous improvements in the patient dining experience
