This vital leadership role requires a dedicated professional passionate about patient satisfaction and service excellence in a healthcare dining environment. The Patient Services Manager 2 will play a key role in elevating the overall patient experience by managing dining services that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Responsible for overseeing daily meal services, conducting tray assessments, and collaborating with clinical and foodservice teams, this manager will drive programs designed to exceed patient and customer satisfaction goals.

Registered Dietitians, Certified Dietary Managers, or those holding Nutrition degrees are preferred. A minimum of two years management experience and relevant experience in food or culinary services such as restaurants, catering, or institutional food programs is essential.

Job Duties
- evaluate, develop, and enhance service levels for the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction goals
- oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program, including daily meal rounding and effective service recovery
- collaborate closely with clinical, foodservice, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall patient experience
- conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and tray accuracy
- exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and successfully lead through regulatory and compliance inspections
