Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years of management experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- strong passion for creating a memorable patient experience every day
- knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets in a healthcare setting
- ability to work collaboratively and maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years of management experience
- minimum 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets in a healthcare setting
- ability to work collaboratively and maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment
- registered dietitian (RD), CDM, or nutrition degree preferred
Job Duties
- evaluate, develop, and enhance service levels for the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction goals
- oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program, including daily meal rounding and effective service recovery
- collaborate closely with clinical, foodservice, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall patient experience
- conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and tray accuracy
- exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and successfully lead through regulatory and compliance inspections
