The Patient Services Manager 1 role at Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK, is a vital position within Sodexo’s healthcare service operations. This role involves overseeing the patient dining services, ensuring accurate and timely meal delivery, and maintaining exceptional customer service aligned with clinical nutrition standards. The Patient Services Manager 1 will be responsible for evaluating and developing service levels that not only meet but exceed patient and customer satisfaction expectations. Collaboration with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams will be essential to enhance the overall patient experience.

Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program, conducting daily meal rounds with a focus on service recovery, and performing tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and tray accuracy. The role also requires ensuring compliance with Sodexo’s high standards for Gold Checks and facilitating successful regulatory inspections and audits. In addition, the manager will perform supervisory duties, including the direct oversight of hourly associates and their professional development.

This position demands strong leadership and communication skills, a genuine passion for patient and customer care encapsulated in Sodexo CARES (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Enthusiasm, and Service), and thorough knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets. Job Requirements

  • minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
