Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of applicable medical office experience preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in basic computer skills including data entry and word processing
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policies
- empathetic and patient-focused
- attention to detail and accuracy
- adaptable and able to work under pressure
- physical ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to stand and walk during shifts
- ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
- completion of Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire
