Their mission centers around making every patient feel valued and supported from the initial appointment through the completion of their therapy. This commitment has helped PRN establish a reputation for quality and compassionate care in the healthcare community.

PRN Physical Therapy is currently seeking to hire a Patient Services Representative to join their team. This role offers an hourly pay rate between $18 and $21, along with a comprehensive benefits package. It is a full-time position based at the InReach Physical Therapy clinic located at 4734 River Rd. As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every patient who walks through the clinic doors. Your responsibilities will range from greeting patients and managing appointments to verifying insurance information and providing essential administrative support. You will serve as the friendly face and primary point of contact for patients, demonstrating professionalism and warmth to foster a welcoming environment. The role requires effective communication and coordination between patients, clinical staff, and other departments within the facility, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining clinic organization by managing patient records accurately, assisting with front office tasks during downtime, and helping to keep the environment neat and orderly. Participation in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvements are also an integral part of this role. Attention to detail is critical as you will be responsible for handling sensitive patient information, scheduling appointments efficiently, and ensuring that therapy areas and equipment are clean and well-stocked.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in healthcare administration considered a plus. Prior experience in customer service, especially in a healthcare setting, will be highly beneficial. Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment professionally are essential to succeed in this role. PRN Physical Therapy values individuals who are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accuracy in all administrative tasks.

Joining PRN means becoming part of a mission-driven, supportive team dedicated to excellence in patient care and professional growth. Team members benefit from a robust medical, vision, and dental plan along with paid time off, clinical incentives, and student loan repayment options. Professional development resources and ongoing clinical education support underscore the company's commitment to your continued growth and success.
