Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of applicable medical office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills including data entry and word processing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policies
  • Ability to adapt and work under pressure
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Standing and walking during shifts
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors and provide a welcoming first point of contact
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Enter and verify patient information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Respond to patient inquiries and direct calls to appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Maintain front desk organization and workflow efficiency
  • Attend and complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire
