Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of applicable medical office experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including data entry and word processing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policies
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure
- Physical ability to perform job duties including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Standing and walking during shifts
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
Job Qualifications

- Completion of Clinic Core Front Desk Training
Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors and provide a welcoming first point of contact
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately
- Enter and verify patient information while maintaining confidentiality
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to patient inquiries and direct calls to appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain front desk organization and workflow efficiency
- Attend and complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire
