The Patient Server position at Ascension Saint Vincent's Hospital is a critical role within TouchPoint Support Services, which operates under the larger Compass Healthcare organization. This full-time Patient Server role involves delivering nutritional meals to patients, managing menu selections, assembling and delivering trays, and addressing special dietary needs and requests. The work schedule includes shifts that vary between 6:30 am to 2:00 pm and 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with rotating weekends, reflecting the hospital’s commitment to 24/7 patient care. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. Prior patient and serving experience is preferred but not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a friendly, caring demeanor.

In this position, you will work closely with nursing staff and dietitians to ensure food service aligns with patient dietary restrictions and preferences.
