Job Description
New Season Treatment Centers is a distinguished national healthcare provider with over 30 years of experience specializing in outpatient care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Operating across more than 70 treatment centers in multiple states, New Season has established itself as a leader in delivering safe, quality, and best-in-class care. Their approach emphasizes a comprehensive, patient-centered model that goes beyond treating symptoms to addressing the underlying causes of OUD, supporting patients on their journey to recovery with a continuum of care that includes medication-assisted treatment, counseling, and support services.
New Season’s commitment to excellence and its expansive network allow it to serve diverse communities effectively while fostering a supportive, collaborative workplace culture. By integrating medical, clinical, and social services, the organization helps individuals regain control of their lives and reintegrate into their families and communities successfully.
The Patient Registration Coordinator role at New Season Treatment Centers is a vital administrative position that plays a significant part in the overall patient experience and operational efficiency of the facility. This role entails performing clerical and administrative services related to the greeting, admitting, and registering of patients. Key responsibilities include managing the pre-registration process for new clients, scheduling patient appointments and orientations, monitoring patient activities on-site, and serving as a primary point of contact for patient inquiries to provide outstanding customer service.
Additionally, this position is responsible for collecting co-payments and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all demographic, billing, and clinical information entered into the registration system. The Coordinator works closely with Program Directors, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care and manages verification of insurance benefits including obtaining prior authorizations as needed. Other essential administrative duties include answering phones, handling mail, and maintaining supply inventories.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments to maintain smooth intake and patient flow processes. The position offers early morning hours, which support a great work-life balance, allowing individuals to contribute meaningfully while enjoying personal time. It is an excellent opportunity for those interested in making a direct impact in the healthcare community, particularly in the field of addiction treatment and patient care coordination.
New Season values diversity and inclusivity and is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of an individual’s background. The company provides a competitive salary alongside a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401k plan with matching, educational reimbursements, and referral bonuses. This supportive work environment encourages professional growth and recognizes the contributions of every team member toward the shared mission of providing compassionate care and fostering recovery.
