Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year receptionist and cashier or other related experience
- Minimum of 1-year healthcare experience
- Ability to read, write legibly, and comprehend written and spoken language
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and perform clerical and administrative tasks
- Ability to operate in an open work area with moderate noise
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Complete the pre-registration process for all new clients and schedule appointments accordingly
- Provide orientation to new patients and monitor all patient activities on center premises
- Collect co-payments and patient financial responsibility at the time of service
- Enter all necessary demographics, billing, and clinical information accurately and timely into the registration system
- Maintain strong communication with Program Director, physicians, and nursing staff regarding patient intakes
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorization as necessary
- Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, checking and delivering mail, maintaining supply inventory, ordering supplies, and verifying receipt
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard operations of the business
- Keep communication open with Clinic Operations Team to ensure individualized goals are met
- Adhere to service policies and principles of CMG/New Season
- Perform other assigned duties
