Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
possesses analytical skills to interpret financial and operational data, identify trends, and support strategic decisions
exercises sound judgment in problem-solving, policy enforcement, and high-pressure situations
strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate diverse teams and hospital staff
physically capable of extended periods of walking, standing, or sitting as required
proficient in verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication
competent in basic computer operations within a Windows environment, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues
