The position available is for a full-time Room Service Attendant working from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., with the expectation of working every other weekend. They are also responsible for collecting trays after meal service and assisting in the preparation, service, and cleaning duties related to the patient tray line as well as the cafeteria food service.
The role requires a high level of attentiveness to prompt meal service and adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards. The attendant must follow systematic procedures aligned with both departmental and organizational policies to maintain consistency and quality in food service delivery. This includes understanding the importance of correct food preparation according to standardized recipes and being proactive in managing daily tasks. Initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to handle daily challenges calmly and effectively are critical traits for success in this role.
