As a Patient Intake Coordinator at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, you will play a critical role as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and supportive experience throughout their dental treatment journey. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly salary ranging from $20.00 to $24.00, complemented by quarterly performance-based bonuses that reward your dedication and achievements. The role is designed for proactive individuals who excel in customer service and organizational skills, working closely with clinical staff and administration to maintain smooth patient flow and operational efficiency.
In this position, you will be the ambassador for the patient experience, responsible for managing the patient intake process, which includes accurately completing electronic or paper forms, entering data into digital systems, scheduling and coordinating appointments, greeting patients warmly, and handling check-in and check-out procedures. You will also monitor patient wait times and work in collaboration with the General Manager to enhance the overall patient journey. The role requires handling inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, maintaining accurate and up-to-date calendars, ordering patient materials, scanning and uploading documents, assisting with outgoing shipments, and supporting general office functions.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dental or medical office settings preferred
- Familiarity with patient admissions and scheduling processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills including data entry and use of digital record systems
- Ability to maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in a busy, patient-focused environment
- Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday
Job Qualifications
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities with strong communication skills
- Prior dental or medical office experience preferred
- Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported
- Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams
- Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
- Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience
- Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency
- Order and organize patient materials as needed
- Scan and upload documents into patient records
- Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization
- Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success
