The role demands excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and strong communication to efficiently address patient inquiries via phone and in person with empathy and professionalism. Additionally, the Patient Intake Coordinator monitors patient wait times and collaborates closely with the General Manager to continually enhance the patient experience. They also manage the Center’s calendar to optimize daily operations, organize patient materials, assist with document scanning and uploads, and support general office organization, including managing outgoing shipments.
