Job Description

Concierge Dental Group is a well-established dental practice operating across five convenient locations in Western New York, including Clarence, North Buffalo, Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Williamsville. Known for its patient-centered approach and commitment to delivering outstanding dental care, Concierge Dental Group prides itself on creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for every patient who walks through their doors. The organization is dedicated to fostering a cohesive team culture across all its locations, aiming to promote collaboration, communication, and continuous growth among its staff. With recent investments in executive leadership focused on team development and cross-office coordination, Concierge Dental Group is not only growing but evolving thoughtfully to offer both patients and employees an exceptional dental care experience.

The Patient Greeter role at the Clarence office on 5363 Transit Rd is a key front-facing position responsible for setting the first and final impressions patients have of the practice. As the very first point of contact, the Patient Greeter warmly welcomes patients upon arrival, guides them through the check-in process, and ensures their transition into the clinical environment is smooth and respectful of their time. This role demands a high level of professionalism, genuine friendliness, and the ability to remain calm and composed, especially during busy or high-pressure moments when the lobby might be crowded or the phone continually rings.

Beyond just greeting, the Patient Greeter collaborates closely with both front-office and clinical teams to maintain efficient patient flow and a serene atmosphere throughout the practice. The position offers flexibility with scheduling options across all five locations if desired, enabling team members to cover sister offices or work near home most days. Furthermore, Concierge Dental Group offers clear pathways for professional growth, encouraging team members to advance into leadership roles such as Lead Patient Concierge, Treatment Coordinator, or Office Manager. This makes the Patient Greeter position not only a crucial role but also a valuable stepping stone within the company.

Ideal candidates will be naturally warm, approachable, and possess strong customer service skills, whether from hospitality, healthcare reception, or other client-facing environments. While previous dental office experience is helpful, it is not required, as Concierge Dental Group provides comprehensive training to new team members. Candidates should also be comfortable with basic computer operations and eager to learn dental practice management software.

The position offers competitive hourly pay based on experience and robust employee benefits. These include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and support for continuing education. Importantly, the company culture prioritizes allowing employees to actually use their paid time off and enjoy a balanced work-life environment.

Concierge Dental Group is a forward-thinking, growing organization where new hires have the chance to be part of an evolving team culture and contribute meaningfully to building a collaborative workplace. Those seeking a dynamic environment where they can grow alongside supportive leadership and dedicated colleagues will find this role rewarding. If you want to be part of a team building something great rather than simply joining a finished operation, the Patient Greeter position at Concierge Dental Group offers an exciting opportunity with a clear pathway for career development and personal success.
