Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Post high school education preferred
- General hospital A/R accounts knowledge preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform administrative and clerical duties
- Knowledge of patient account reconciliation and cash posting
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve account issues
- Compliance with organizational and governmental regulations
Job Qualifications

- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- General hospital A/R accounts knowledge preferred
- College education, previous insurance claims experience, or healthcare billing trade school education may be considered in lieu of formal hospital experience

- Manages and maintains patient and payor information to facilitate account resolution
- Responds to all types of account inquiries through written, verbal or electronic correspondence
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of all functions within the Revenue Cycle
- Meets or exceeds customer expectations and requirements, and gains customer trust and respect
