We understand the critical role that first impressions play in healthcare, and our Patient Experience Coordinator/Medical Receptionist serves as the welcoming face and voice of our clinic.

This position plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the clinic by managing patient interactions with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be someone dedicated to ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for while managing administrative tasks that support the broader healthcare team. Working full-time in this role means engaging daily with patients, staff, and healthcare providers to help maintain a positive and organized environment.

As the Patient Experience Coordinator and Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients as they arrive, scheduling their appointments efficiently, answering a multi-line phone system promptly, and collecting and entering patient information accurately into our systems. You will also handle scanning medical records and providing administrative support as needed to assist with clinic operations. This role requires strong communication skills and computer competency to manage these diverse responsibilities effectively.

Candidates should be comfortable working as part of a team, showing great attention to detail in their work, and capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Prior experience in customer service is essential, with at least one year required, while having prior medical experience is considered a plus. The ability to remain patient-centric and maintain professionalism is crucial in supporting our clinic's mission to deliver excellent patient care and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
