The position of Patient Experience Concierge is critical as the hospital's Director of First Impression. This role involves being the primary contact for patients and their families during their initial encounter with the hospital. The Concierge is responsible for connecting patients and family members with accurate and timely information, maintaining strong relationships with supporting departments, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires positive interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages, their families, community members, and hospital staff. Greeting and assisting visitors warmly, the concierge represents the hospital positively, creating a welcoming environment for all. Communication skills are essential, as the role acts as a liaison between patients, families, and clinical staff to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of concerns. The Concierge handles patient and guest services in the reception area and works to provide quick and satisfactory solutions to any complaints, problems, or special needs. It is estimated that this position offers a pay range between $16.00 and $17.84 per hour, depending on experience. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service

Job Qualifications
