- High school diploma, certificate of completion, GED, or equivalent training
- less than 1 year of related experience
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
- previous experience in customer service preferred

- seek satisfactory and expedited solutions to complaints, problems, or special needs
- coordinate patient and guest services in the reception area
