Aspen Dental is currently hiring for the position of Patient Coordinator, also known internally as Patient Experience Coordinator, offering a part-time job opportunity with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $21. This role is central to creating positive, lasting impressions on patients and building loyalty through excellent service. The Patient Coordinator plays a vital role in the daily front office operations by managing appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collections. Job Duties
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
- Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
- Participate in a four-week training program to develop skills for success
- Create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support office operations
